Founder & President

Paul Fleming has more than 25 years of experience working at the intersection of water, climate resiliency, strategy, and technology in the private, public and non-governmental sectors. He established and led the global water program for Microsoft, where he was responsible for developing and implementing the company's industry leading 2030 water positive commitment. In that capacity he served as the LP rep to the Global Water Impact Fund, helped launch the Water Resilience Coalition and invested in innovative water replenishment projects.

Previously, Paul created the climate resiliency program at Seattle Public Utilities, leading initiatives to assess the impacts of climate change on Seattle's water systems and build resilience. In that capacity he was instrumental in developing national and international networks between utilities and researchers to build the water sector's capacity to co-produce and deploy actionable science to inform long term planning and operations.

He serves on the boards of the Alliance for Global Water Adaptation and The Climate and Water Initiative and is a Strategic Partner with PureTerra Ventures and a Venture Partner with Social Impact Capital.
